Terms and Conditions

Making a purchase:

Golden Crown Furniture sells and operates from it’s warehouse in Werrington, Peterborough. All products are as described. Please check all images to ensure you are completely happy prior to purchase.

We accept all orders subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you regarding this. We do sell our items through other channels and there may be an instance where the website is not updated instantly if an item is sold through another channel. In this instance you will be notified and your order will be refunded. We may in some instances be able to offer an alternative item which may be of interest.

We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards. We can take payment though our website or over the phone.


Shipping and handling

Packing charges are included in any price quoted for postage. We use the most appropriate shipping method for the specific item purchased to best insure safe delivery.

Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch depending on the item. If it is necessary for it to be longer than this we will keep you informed.

Orders that are shipped overseas may be subject to custom duties and these are not included in the purchase price. As the buyer you’re responsible for these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you would like any further information please do not hesitate to call us.

Delivery of goods

Where agreed we will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 11 working days of your order. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Contact may need to be made to arrange delivery after purchase and certain details finalised.

Also on some items which are collection only, we can still arrange delivery, please contact us after purchase to discuss and we can arrange a quote for you.

Please be aware for larger items delivery will be to the exterior of your premises, please ensure you have the means to move/relocate any items in to your property as this will not be the responsibility of the courier/delivery company once at your premises. It will be at the discretion of the delivery company/courier for giving assistance within your property but Golden Crown Pine will not be responsible for any damage incurred whilst doing so.

Any issues that would hinder successful delivery need to be pointed out at the earliest opportunity as any costs incurred effecting delivery will not be the responsibility of Golden Crown Furniture.

If you arrange for collection/delivery yourself via a third party then you will become the owner of the goods when so collected therefore we will not be liable for any loss or damage from this point.


Items can also be reserved for a few days with no obligation to buy. If you do see anything you would like to do this for please contact us by email or call to discuss and reserve the item in question.


Collection from our warehouse is available on all items. After your order is placed we will make contact to let you know when your item is available for collection.


The item can be returned within 7 days and your payment will be refunded if the item is faulty, not as described or not fit for the reason original purchased for. No carriage or delivery charge will be refunded. The buyer only pays for the return shipping.

All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition. Full payment will not be refunded if the item is not wrapped and packed safely for a return journey.

If items are delivered by a courier or a third party they are responsible for goods while in their care.
